The Product Manager develops TalentLaunch’s core information technology services by identifying potential products and features for use by our staffing and recruiting customers to become more efficient, effective and innovative; conducting research; generating product requirements and feature outcomes; determining specifications, technology integrations, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; ensure product procurement and enhancements are in line with TalentLaunch’s technology and security ecosystem.
● Determines Operating Company needs and desires by specifying the research
needed to obtain market information - Demonstrates Accountability and building

● Recommends the nature and scope of present and future technology product
services by reviewing software specifications and requirements; appraising new

● Assesses service and software competition by comparing TalentLaunch’s
technology service offering to similar software and service competitors -

● Assesses industry software and service data by utilizing impartial 3rd party data

● Brings new features to the Operating Companies that TalentLaunch services by
analyzing proposed requirements; preparing return-on-investment analyses;
improving automation, self-service and intuitive user experiences for recruiting,

● Completes operational requirements by scheduling time with TalentLaunch
Executives, Operating Company Presidents and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) -
